Fenriz Gym proudly presents the ONLY J-Flo seminar in Europe! The seminar will take place on September 14th and 15th on our mats in Berlin. Don't miss the chance to learn wrestling, judo and jiu jitsu from the coach of the 2020 Olympic team, three-time UFC World Champion and three-time USA Judo National Champion. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced martial artist, this seminar will provide you with valuable insight and techniques to improve your game.

Starting on Saturday, there will be a 2.5-hour seminar with J-Flo, followed by a 1.5-hour open mat to integrate techniques, which will be repeated on Sunday with new material!

What is Fenriz Gym?
Fenriz Gym was founded in 2010 as an MMA gym. Today, we offer Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling Yoga and fitness classes in addition to MMA.
How do I find you?
Our gym is located in the inner courtyard, to get there you have to go from Lobeckstraße through the tunnel with the bicycle sign above it. There are several buses or the U8 underground line to Moritzplatz.
